The step-by-step on/off valve for electric actuation opens or closes the outlet area at the main valve, as long as one of the two solenoid valves (5A, 5B) is live. Without electric voltage at the solenoid valves (5A, 5B) the main valve remains closed. The opening and closing rate of the main valve is reached by opening or closing the solenoid valves (5A, 5B) slowly and incrementally, as well as via the settings at the throttle check valves (4A, 4B). The electric actuation has to be provided by the customer.
The on/off valve can be used as an alternative to shut-off valves with electric actuator (observe closing times).
Versions/position of main valve
- Closed at zero current (model no. 1795)
- Hydraulically locked at zero current (model no. 1796)
- Open at zero current (model no. 1797)
Use:
- Flow regulaton (open/close)
- Inflow or outflow control (e.g. for high-level tank)
Minimum inlet pressure: 1 bar
Minimum pressure difference between inlet and outlet pressure: 1 bar
For rating, please specify the following:
- Max. flow
- Inlet pressure (P1 side)
- Holding pressure / back pressure (P2 side)
- Voltage (e.g. 24 V / 230 V)
- Type of power (alternating current / direct current)
- Type: 1795, 1796 or 1797
